| Practice Description: |
Sometimes feel depressed, anxious, or fatigued? Stuck repeating behaviors or choices that are sabotaging your own happiness or distancing others? Your circumstances are unique: you may fight with your spouse; parent a child with an upsetting behavior; feel frustrated with other relationships or yourself. Treatment strategies must be tailored to meet your needs.
I specialize in working with youth who self-harm directly (cutting, pulling out their hair, overeating) and indirectly (acting out behaviorally at home or school) on reducing or eliminating these behavioral patterns. In some cases, that therapy can involve helping families cope with stress and support treatment efforts. My practice, however, is not limited to helping with these issues. I work with adults and with issues of depression, anxiety, as well as others affecting relationships and emotional well-being.
Call me to discuss your unique situation. I want to begin working with you to free yourself to be the person you truly are.

Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. Training and approach to treatment are important considerations, but perhaps the single most important factor to your experience in therapy is the comfort you feel with your therapist
Call me for a telephone consultation. If we are compatible, and I am able to help you, then we can make an appointment. |
