During my years as a therapist I have provided counseling to those challenged by depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-mutilation, ADHD, substance abuse, relationship issues, life transitions as well as family change including divorce and death. I have seen that these struggles greatly affect people's ability to thrive. My goal is to enable my clients, either as individuals or within the family, to make positive changes in their lives. I help my clients gain self-awareness so they are able to better make healthy choices. I offer free consultations over the phone for those who have questions.
