| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
We accept insurance and may be considered as in-network providers on many panels, yet on some we are considered out-of-network providers. Therefore, it is extremely important that you carefully check your insurance coverage first by calling the 800 number listed on the back of your insurance card next to “mental health/substance abuse”. If no such number is listed, then call member services. You will want to ask them the following questions: - Do I have mental health benefits? - If yes, then ask if the therapist you are seeking services from is in-network? - What is my deductible and has it been met? - How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover? - Is there a co-pay and if so, how much? - Is an authorization required? |
