I have been in the field for over 15 years and have experience working with a variety of client issues and populations. I use an integrative approach which means that I may pull from a few different treatment approaches, depending on what the particular issue is and what the client needs. I believe that the therapy relationship is a very important part of therapy and I strive to work with cleints on coming up with goals that would help them reach their full potential.
I recently completed a yoga teacher training and I may integrate breathwork and/or yoga postures into treatment if one is open to that and it seems appropriate.
