I have a private practice in Midtown Sacramento and am currently taking Saturday appointments, as well as Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons and evenings. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment that promotes healing and allows for the realization of your potential.
I enjoy the experience of working with couples, individuals, and teens, as they become more self aware, enabling them to live their life to its fullest potential. I believe that therapy should be an interactive conversation between myself and you (my client) that works to uncover hidden beliefs, feelings and assumptions that prevent the you from leading a healthy and fulfilling life. Through the therapeutic process, it is the goal that the you will attain insight into these beliefs and develop a greater self-awareness. This will allow for you to live a more purposeful, self-respecting, and productive life.
In my practice, I offer personal, family, and relationship psychotherapy, as well as, group therapy, and professional development for MFT interns.
