I am a masters-level therapist practicing in Seattle's Greenlake community. I offer a gentle approach to counseling which has, at its heart, a loving acceptance of you as a whole person.
People come to therapy for a variety of reasons;
a feeling of "stuck-ness"
depression
conflict in marriage or other relationships
problems with drugs, alcohol or food
issues in another aspect of a complex
life such as a high stress job.
Much of the time, this friction is a manifestation of our own internal struggle, as various parts of ourselves compete for love and attention. I view my role as a therapist as helping my clients become more aware of these internal voices, facilitating their integration into a more relaxed and satisfying whole.
