My approach is down to earth and strength and solution focused. I help individuals, couples, and families learn skills to have success and improve relationships
I work with people from diverse backgrounds presenting with a variety of concerns, including: depression and anxiety; trauma; family issues - blended and intercultural families, families of divorce, families of disability, sibling issues, and parenting concerns; children with challenging behaviors, academic difficulties, and developmental concerns or disabilities.
In addition to therapy services, I provide psychological testing - cognitive, achievement, developmental, objective, diagnostic, emotional and personality functioning, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
