Do you feel stuck, unhappy, anxious or depressed? Sometimes seeking help is the hardest part. I work with clients who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships and with those who may want to begin to work through unresolved issues from their childhood including adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families. I have worked with sexual abuse survivors, those in active recovery and people experiencing grief and loss, stress, depression and anxiety. I help individuals understand how their patterns of behavior and belief systems may be preventing them from getting what they want out of life. I am an interactive therapist and I use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending upon my client's needs. It is important to build a safe and trusting relationship with your therapist.
