| Practice Description: |
Do you wonder if therapy will actually change anything? Have you always been able to solve your problems on your own? Are you looking to leave behind experiences from your past and move forward?
If you're feeling stuck, angry, depressed, or disappointed in the way your life is going, and you're not sure whether therapy will help, my approach may work for you. Your skepticism is a strength and a good place to start.
My approach is straightforward, honest, and understanding. I prefer to maintain an open communication with you about how the process of therapy actually works. I offer short-term, solution-focused therapy, coaching, and longer term psychotherapy. It is up to you whether to incorporate art therapy into the session—a technique that often moves clients to important discoveries more quickly than traditional talk therapy can.
