Counseling or psychotherapy is the most important work you will ever do! Strengthening your personal foundation by examining your life, your relationships and what makes you thrive is important and necessary work to get or keep you on track. I would like to invite you visit my website to learn more about me and the work we will do together. I have more than 15 years experience working with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, mid-life transitions, relationship and parenting issues. My special area of interest is in helping people cope with the death of a loved one, otherwise known as “grief.” I see this type of loss as not something you should “get over” but rather as something to learn to “live with.” I am honored to be able to be with people on this journey that is like no other and truly life changing.
