We may not know where to start or how, but we know that our old patterns of dealing with life are no longer serving us as they once did. I am an experienced psychotherapist who can assist you in navigating new ways of coping and thriving in life.
My professional experience includes working with adults, teens, children and couples in outpatient as well as inpatient settings. I can help you overcome anxiety, transition stress, trauma, depression, PTSD, relationship and parenting issues.
I have also completed Phase II of Brainspotting. Brainspotting is an inovative method of quickly helping identify and release trauma from where it has been stored in the mind and body.
