Ann has been practicing since 1990 and utilizes several treatment modalities to address the unique needs of each individual. Utilizing a coaching philosophy, Ann helps her clients to draw on their strengths to develop personal goals, discover solutions to life's challenges and increase mastery in all areas of their lives. As a marriage and family therapist, Ann often invites the entire family to participate in therapy, thereby developing effective communication paths. Ann particularly enjoys working with couples to help them create a conscious and harmonious union. She also enjoys working with children of all ages, as well as individuals who are facing relationship challenges. Ann is also skilled in the application of a developmental model of EMDR for the treatment of a wide variety of presenting problems.
