Having difficulties with your CHILD/ ADOLESCENT? Feeling stressed and exhausted? Tired of the lack of communication with your loved ones? I can help. I have been working in the field of mental health for 5 years and have 4 years experience working with children/adolescents, at-risk youth, and families. I help parents and adolescents with problems such as: depression, anxiety, ADHD, oppositional/defiant behavior, truancy, social problems, aggressive behavior, abuse, and trauma. I am dedicated to my clients sense of well being and I aim to provide a safe environment for you in the most practical and effective way to facilitate change.
I understand how difficult it can be for all family members when your child/adolescent is struggling. I use an eclectic approach as well as cognitive- behavioral techniques depending on what I am helping you and/or your child/adolescent with.
My goal is to help you learn to accept yourself and decide on ways to change. I will help you gain self-awareness and personal growth and increase insight and direction. : )
