My experience includes helping clients with various topics such as anxiety reduction, depression, self-esteem, stress management, communication issues, relationship and family issues, terminal illness, loss and grief. I provide a safe, empathic, supportive counseling environment free of judgment where clients are invited to openly discuss concerns and learn more about themselves in order to become empowered, grow emotionally, gain insight and self-awareness, resolve past issues, and learn the skills necessary to create a fulfilling life.
My eclectic therapy approach is collaborative, insight-oriented and holistic. Clients feel heard, understood and supported.
