| Practice Description: |
There are numerous questions to ask when looking for a therapist. For example, do you offer a free consultation? What population/issues do you have experience with? How much structure is there in session? Will you be supportive and non-judgemental of me? How will I know I am getting better? These are common concerns to have. My practice focuses on adult individuals and couples who are experiencing any of the following stressors: major psychiatric diagnoses, major medical diagnoses, family relationships, romantic relationships, and professional workplace challenges. I am compassionate and supportive of all life experiences. We will discuss what success would look like for you. Our sessions will be a combination of talk therapy, and education on how trauma and stress affect the body. I have education and experience in the treatment of trauma, and am currently working toward certification in EMDR. I offer a free, in-office consultation. My office hours are weekday evenings and Saturdays. I offer a reduced rate for MSW students, and those going through the LCSW process. I look forward to helping you make positive change.

| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I accept out-of-pocket payment, payable by cash or check. For PPO insurance, I provide a superbill at the end of every month to be submitted for partial reimbursement. HMO insurance is not accepted at this time. |

The office is in a 5-story building, the Toluca Lake Center, on Riverside Drive. It is located off of the I-134 Freeway on Riverside, between Hollywood Way and Pass Avenue. There is free, 2-hour street parking all around the building. Behind the building is a large parking lot, free on evenings and weekends.
