I work with women and men who are dealing with the stress of life, career and relationship problems. I provide a safe and confidential environment for you to explore your issues, experiences and memories for the purpose of creating positive change. We can work together so you can begin to have less stress and anxiety, a decrease in negative thoughts and self-sabotaging behaviors and improved relationships.
I work with couples who seem to be locked in emotional cycles that are difficult to understand and to break out of. You can improve your communication and become more emotionally attuned to your partner.
I also can assist on parenting issues and family problems. I provide play therapy for children 3-12 years old and supportive talk therapy for adolescents and older teens.
