“Most of my practice is with couples and individuals dealing with difficulties around communication and regulation of emotions. Negative emotional escalation is at the root of most martial problems as it also is with individual difficulties dealing with anxiety and depression. I believe the therapeutic process is more like sculpting; once the surrounding material is removed the work of art is reviled. My overall therapy style is to help you approach problem issues with less fear, anger and sadness, and with more productive and positive results.
Therapy is not about changing you as much as it is about helping you understand and become more who you are. In the case of couples helping you change the way you respond to each other in times of difficulties.”
