A safe and welcoming environment for exploration and change can help you find the resolution you want. Many of those I work with find that my down to earth manner and focus on finding solutions is just what they need to move forward. Individuals (children, adolescents and adults), couples, and families often feel relieved to know they can learn the skills to be successful and improve their relationships.
My twenty years of experience working with children, families and adults may offer you a perspective you had not thought of yet. Additional insight comes from raising both my three biological children and my stepson; as well as living in three different countries and several states. While living in Spain for two years and Guanajuato for a summer I developed my ability to communicate in Spanish. I further developed my skills while doing counseling with native Spanish speaking people in the Austin Community for the past few years. Extensive training in “Play Therapy” and parenting techniques honed my life experiences and increased my ability to create solutions tailored to your unique situation and your children. Besides talk and play, I also use a therapy called S.E. (Somatic Experiencing) as well as E.M.D.R. These are processes that can help a brain/mind and body recover from stressful events, trauma or loss, and move forward. We can look at what everyone wants and develop a plan that feels good for you: one that will work with the reality of your life.

Exit North MoPac at Spicewood Springs/Anderson Lane: Go South towards Mesa Drive/360: Spicewood Springs becomes a divided road (businesses in the middle), immediately after the road comes back together turn LEFT in the dedicated left turn lane into the Spicewood Forest office Park/4131 Spicewood Springs Road.
The parking lot will "Y", stay to the RIGHT, go straight at the Stopsign, building N will be on your LEFT, take the 3rd/last stairway at the end of the building to the 2nd floor, suite 12 is at the top of the stairs and slightly to the right.
Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room, there are teas available in the kitchenette.
