| Practice Description: |
“Is there something keeping you from fully enjoying your life? Whether it is a failed relationship, monetary issues, health troubles or a sense of emptiness or being overwhelmed I am here to help. Over the past four years I have been guiding individuals and couples to discover the obstacles and to uncover the solutions. Our work together will be in a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere with directives if welcomed and necessary.
My practice contains many specialties but intimate relationships is the most common. Because this union is the closest we get to our vulnerabilities and growth edges it becomes the most difficult union in which to achieve happiness. The relationship we have with our self is the relationship we will have with another.
My background includes a western clinical degree in counseling psychology and an East-West Phd. I am currently writing my dissertation on The Effects of Self-Inquiry and Mood States. My education and experience has led me to believe that we can cultivate an attitude of joy to go through the ups and downs of life.”
