I use a powerful blend of traditional and holistic psychotherapy. In a safe and supportive environment, I work with the mind/body connection, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help release unwanted patterns/beliefs and unresolved feelings that are blocking personal power, self-acceptance and satisfying relationships.
I provide both short and long-term therapy through a customized treatment plan developed in collaboration with individuals, couples and families. I look forward to partnering with you to help you discover your fullest potential.
