If you or a family member are suffering from depression, anxiety, or painful emotional issues from the past or present, I can help you. Taking this time for yourself is an important way to validate that you are important, valuable and deserve to grow and strive toward your true potential.
By using a therapeutic approach based on psychoanalytic understanding, I carefully listen to your story and then we begin to sort through the issues, emotions and experiences. This type of psychotherapy can produce profound changes for those with emotional suffering.
