| Practice Description: |
We all have complicated personal stories that have led us to where we are in life. Your unique thoughts, fears, desires and emotions can affect the quality of your daily experiences and cause you to repeat unhealthy patterns. Whether you are looking for extra support during a particularly hard time or you are interested in addressing longstanding difficulties, starting psychotherapy can provide you with an opportunity for growth, self-confidence, positive behavioral change and insight. In my practice, I treat each patient according to his or her familial, cultural, relationship, and medical history. I strive to create a safe, caring and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your life and gain access to healthier and more adaptive choices.
