You feel controlled by your feelings of depression and/or anxiety. Or you feel controlled by others. You are going through a relationship break-up, experienced childhood trauma which is haunting you now - or are tired of using drugs, alcohol or pills to deal with difficult feelings.
I can give you tools to become 'unstuck' so that you can take charge and move forward and finally feel in control of your life.
Sometimes longterm work is needed, but sometimes even a few sessions bring the relief you don' t seem to be able to achieve by yourself.
In addition to working with adults, I love working with adolescents and families, especially single parent families.
