Welcome to my practice. Although the decision to seek help and begin therapy can be difficult, it is often the first step towards resolving those issues in our lives that take away from the happiness that we seek. Everyone is unique and has very different struggles and areas of concern. I offer my clients a solid professional relationship to support them so that they can begin to take the necessary steps to resolve the past, begin to make healthier choices and handle stressful situations more effectively.
I utilize an individual, insight-oriented approach to understand and help define the issues at hand and then by listening to you and working with you, together we can find the best possible solutions to resolve the conflicts that are getting in the way of you finding the balance and happiness you seek in your life.
Whether you have lifelong problems or perhaps more current issues you are dealing with, I believe there is always a path available for change.
