| Practice Description: |
My core belief as a psychotherapist is that each of us has the blueprint for our own healing stored within us. We unconsciously know what is healthy for us, and how to get there even if we cannot see our way clearly in the moment. When I work with you, my primary focus is to help you tap into that stored information at your own pace. We work collaboratively to identify what areas in your life may need attention, and we find our way there together with you as the guide. In my experience of walking through these difficult times together, positive change does come, sometimes abundantly, from careful consideration paid to the crucial details and the trials encountered along the way. I provide that rare space in our busy everyday lives: a therapeutic container that can hold what may feel like the most enormous of cares. In the safety of this environment, you can best access your own unique blueprint for healing. My style is relational and interactive; I don't only sit back and listen. We will engage in a therapeutic conversation that moves us gently through any stuck places that we may discover.
