In these particularly tough economic times, we, in the Hollywood community, are often challenged to reinvent ourselves. Our jobs are disappearing or merging and our lives are changing. How can we cope in this metamorphosis? It affect how we feel, how we function within our families, how we measure our self-esteem. It is time to take time for yourself and explore not just the depths of these feelings but make a plan of action. I believe that the therapeutic process is not one where you stay forever.
