My goal is to develop a therapeutic relationship based on trust, confidentiality and an open dialog. You can expect respect, positive regard and understanding during each counseling session. I will work to help empower you to a better understanding of yourself, your relationships and your lifestyle.
Focus will be on the whole person, with special emphasis on how the mind is connected directly to the body and how a person thinks, feels and acts. Emphasis will be on wellness, with symptoms seen as calls to self realization.
