I seek to provide a safe, caring, and solution-based environment where my clients can resolve their personal and relationship problems. I have been in private practice as a licensed psychotherapist for 25 years and hold two Masters Degrees in Marriage Family and Career Counseling. As a faculty member at local colleges and universities, I have lectured extensively, written articles, and developed in-depth expertise in the area of interpersonal relations. My approach in the therapeutic environment is holistic, combining both education and therapy. I work conjointly with you to assist in your discovery of "core" issues which may be "blocking" growth or causing dissatisfaction in your life. I then work to provide clear, concise guidance and emotional support in the resolution of these issues. Gaining perspective and strategies, I assist you to be able to make the life changes you want!
