I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have a private practice in Roseville. I work with both adults and youth in treating depression, anxiety, relationhip issues, teaching communication skills, as well as teaching anger management skills. I specialize in working with high-risk youth. For over 10 years I have worked with children and teenagers who have had major difficulties at school as well as problems with the legal system. I have worked at Juvenile Hall as a Mental Health Therapist, have taught domestic violence classes, and have been teaching anger management classes for many years. I specialize in working with high-risk youth who are rebellious at home, school, and in the community. In many cases depression, anxiety, bipolar, and other treatable disorders are present and are often displayed through a person's anger or rage. I have had great success in helping adolescents and adults uncover the core issues causing them distress in their lives and have helped them resolve inner conflicts ultimately leading to improved quality of life. Moreover, I have worked with countless teens, adults, and couples teaching effective communication skills which has improved their ability to resolve conflicts, thereby strengthening and vastly improving their relationships.
