Our first reaction to pain is often to try to ignore or avoid it. Therapy is a place to gain understanding and undergo transformation in a safe and supportive environment.
The road to wisdom and understanding is different for each client. I am a good listener but I am not the silent type. I ask questions and enjoy a good exchange. I believe healthy relationships are based on good open honest exchanges.
I have been greatly influenced by the writings of Carl Jung. I like to work with dreams. The sleeping kind and the kind you have when you are awake. Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.
