I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor grounded in over 26 years of helping people heal. I work with individuals, couples and adolescents. I am trained in EMDR, EFT and many other therapeutic techniques that easily relieve immediate symptoms.
I believe body, mind, emotions and spirit are equally important in the healing process. I use many different modalities to bring these aspects into balance. One modality is a cognitive-behavioral approach which is based on the idea that our thoughts cause our feelings and behaviors rather than external things like people, situations and events. The benefit of this approach is that we can positively change the way we think and relate in life, regardless of outer circumstances.
I bring a non-judgmental attitude, clear boundaries and honest communication to the therapeutic relationship. This is essential for you to feel safe sharing your fears, judgments, needs and concerns. In a respectful environment you are free to learn, grow and achieve the life you want.

| Fee Schedule: |
A 55-minute individual session is $100.
A 55-minute couple session is $120.
EMDR sessions last 90 minutes and the fee is $160.
I offer a reduced fee for those who would not be able to participate in therapy at the full fee. |
| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I am not a participant in preferred provider plans. Many of my clients are still able to get reimbursement through their insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of each session. If requested I will provide a statement at the end of each month which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement directly to you. |
