| Practice Description: |
Sessions are designed to meet you where you are and to support you to gain clarity and understanding of yourself and your life. The relationship can be a powerful catalyst for change.
You will find an authentic and nurturing presence here to support you to safely explore, shift and yes, "heal", through acknowledging true feelings in an atmosphere of mutuality. You will be encouraged to delve deeply into your inner being for transformation. Together we explore your stories for the beliefs and feelings that accompany them and the physical sensations that reflect your inner matrix. Through this process of discovery, embedded triggers are uncovered, as well as emotions that keep thoughts and feelings in place. Through empathy and understanding, anxious defenses and associated feelings diminish as a sense of self at best emerges.
If you are a couple preparing for marriage, premarital counseling is a beneficial way to examine your relationship for strengths and challenges. In an atmosphere of support, each person is encouraged to come forward to build a foundation for commitment and consecration of a union. If you are in a relationship with more gridlocked issues that are creating unresolved conflict, sessions provide a framework that support you in fostering understanding of your partner and yourself within the context of your relationship. You will develop tools to strengthen your relationship that are backed by extensive research. Sessions encourage each person to come forward in a safe environment of sharing and move toward gaining clarity and finding one's voice to express your truth to your partner.
I am passionate about the journey of transformation and believe deeply in each person's capacity for growth and change through life. In my own life I have been challenged by parenting, death, divorce and repartnering, and the journey of reinventing my life. I continue to cultivate, heal and empower myself and place myself at the service of your own journey as a friend and helper.
If you want insight into your archetypal patterns of strengths and challenges, we can work with astrology and numerology within the context of a counseling session that is geared to support your understanding and integration of the information.
