| Practice Description: |
Are you feeling depressed or anxious? Experiencing difficulty in a personal relationship? Have you been feeling stuck? I understand how life may feel overwhelming when you are dealing with stress and sadness or adjusting to big changes that have happened.
Let me help you to feel better and move forward with your life to reach your personal goals. I provide a warm and supportive environment where you can openly discuss your concerns as we work together to resolve them. You will also learn to apply new skills to your daily life that can be beneficial to you, both now and in the future.
As a licensed psychologist, I have extensive training and experience to effectively help you overcome your challenges. I earned a doctorate in clinical psychology over 10 years ago and completed my internship at Yale University School of Medicine. My research on anger management has been published in the Journal of Behavioral Medicine.
Your well-being is important and I hope you will make the time to take care of yourself. By looking for a therapist, you have already taken the first step.
