| Practice Description: |
For the past decade I have been successful in helping men and women in the San Francisco Bay Area address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression and relationship problems. My training and experience help me to recognize the internal issues and behavioral patterns that may lead to feeling stuck or unsatisfied in your relationship to yourself, relationships with others, or in career and other life pursuits. Working with these internal issues and patterns with a skilled, trusted therapist is to get at the heart of the matter for psychological and emotional well being.
I'm good at establishing a supportive, interactive relationship within which we can collaboratively and effectively engage the issues for which you're seeking help. I work equally well with those seeking help with an acute situation and those for whom the issue feels related to long-standing underlying issues.
I offer an initial phone consultation to help determine if we might work well together. My offices are in San Francisco and Berkeley, close to public transportation with ample street parking. I invite you to look at my website and encourage you to call if you feel I might be a fit.
