Therapy for Individuals and Couples
Practice Description: Congratulations on taking the first step towards making changes in your life! As a psychotherapist, best-selling author, and internationally recognized expert on counseling for mental health and natural healing, I can assist you finding lasting happiness.

I provide a truly integrative counseling healing approach for to life’s challenges, helping with issues like anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, and relationship issues. I am deeply committed to motivating my clients to reach their full potential. Many of my clients have reported remarkable results in as little as one counseling session. We do this together by combining traditional counseling psychological methods and powerful natural therapies.

Choosing the right therapist is an important decision and a good fit is necessary to make effective progress. My counseling work is characterized by intuition, compassion, optimism and collaboration. I try to be straightforward, without being harsh, and encouraging without applying any pressure.

My clients emerge from our counseling sessions feeling feel stronger, empowered, and self-aware. This ultimately enhances their ability to connect on a more intimate level in all interpersonal relationships. I primarily use counseling techniques adapted from psychodynamic theory and cognitive behavioral theory. These disciplines combined together create a powerful lens through which we can understand our inner lives with more clarity and improve our relationships with others.

My approach is mostly collaborative - I believe that my clients should have options when choosing what type of therapy treatment they feel is best for them. I also, when appropriate, will work closely with a client's healthcare providers as part of the treatment. This way, my clients have additional support as we work through challenges.

I absolutely love working as a therapist! Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping someone to feel better quickly, saving a marriage, increasing the bonds of love between family members, or helping someone overcome an addictive pattern and find new meaning in his or her life.
