| Practice Description: |
Whether this is the first time you are seeking therapy or you are thinking about returning after a long hiatus, the idea of finding a therapist can be daunting. I believe it is essential to find a therapist who feels like a good "fit," someone who you feel is a good match for your needs. I attempt to meet individuals where they are at, assisting each to examine their particular issues in a warm environment that fosters growth through exploration. My approach is psychodynamic and I work with individuals collaboratively in addressing current difficulties and finding meaning by exploring past and current relationships. I strive to be a multiculturally competent clinician and I practice in a way that is LGBTQ affirming.
I have experience in working with individuals dealing with a variety of issues, including but not limited to relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. I offer both individual and couples psychotherapy in English and in Hebrew. Please feel free to contact me to discuss whatever concerns are bringing you to therapy.
