| Practice Description: |
Ever felt that things could be better?
Well they probably can be better... Sometimes we just need a little support in making changes and gaining insight to lead us in the right direction.
Practicing from an overall eclectic approach Rupal Mistry has helped many individuals find the path to meet their own goals for happiness. Some of the main theories she relies on to assist her clients are psychodynamic theory, cognitive-behavioral theory, and systems theory are among a few. Rupal has a background of working with court ordered adolecents and their families. She provides individual, family, couple, anger management and group sessions.
Upon entering therapy it is important to remember that change takes time and hard work. There is a process to change, and by gaining insight into our own behaviors and thought processes, we are better able to control the changes in our lives.
If you are ready to make the step to begin making positive changes please call for a consultation to further discuss what this may look like for you!
