I would like to help by providing you with a safe therapy environment, in a gentle, compassionate and down-to-earth style. I will help you build skills and manage painful emotions in order to resolve depression and anxiety. Working together we will find solutions for you to gain freedom from negative life patterns.
For over 12 years I have worked with individuals who are experiencing sadness, feelings of overwhelm, irritability, stress, sleep disturbance and lack of concentration. I have assisted many individuals in reducing depression and anxiety and in finding better and clearer ways to communicate their needs and feelings.
I speak Portuguese and am bicultural. My offices are conveniently located and I offer evening appointments.
