The greatest enjoyment from my work comes when someone I have worked with for a while begins to see the world and their place in it in a different way. It is a privilege and an honor to be allowed to be a part of this process.
I have been a full time therapist since 1986, and fortunately, have had many opportunities to help people adopt more adaptive behaviors. I have been working in the area of eating disorders and weight management since 1999, in addition to other areas of practice.
In addition to individual and family therapy, group therapy is available for people with anorexia and bulimia, and also for people with overeating issues. I work closely with a dietitian with my patients with disordered eating patterns.

From the East:: Take 40W to 141. Follow the signs to 141S. Then follow abive directions
From the South: Take 141N to the Woods Mill Rd. exit. Turn left at the T-intersection, and then left again at the next T-intersection. Go through the light and make a right turn into the parking lot for Woods Mill Towers
From the West: Take 40E to Timberlake Manor Parkway. Stay on the outer road for a mile to the T-intersection. Turn right and make an immediate left into the parking lot.
