| Practice Description: |
Deciding to seek professional help can be difficult when one has lost meaning, purpose, and direction in life. A loss-of-self can result from many things, such as being in unsatisfying relationships or the wrong career, going through major life transitions, coming-out issues, grieving for a loved-one, or adjusting to mid-life to name a few. Losing one's bearings can easily lead to feeling depressed, guilty, lost, anxious, helpless, and isolated from others. It makes one question what's it all about? If this is you and are struggling with what to do with your life, I'm here to help.
As your therapist, we will work together and find the answers you're looking for in a setting that is safe, collaborative, caring, and healing. I am a Jungian-trained, clinical psychologist and I'm here to deepen your understanding of yourself and connect you to what will make you feel alive, creative, and purposeful about life.
According to Carl Jung, the journey to realizing oneself is a call to become conscious of one's unique nature, truth, and personal destiny. It is what you are, not who you are that heals. To experience it can make all the difference. I look forward to hearing from you and to working together.”
