| Practice Description: |
In my practice, I see adults from age eighteen to eighties for individual and couples therapy. My practice also includes psychological testing and forensic evaluations.
I view psychotherapy as an active, collaborative relationship, involving hard work, humor, and spontaneity. As every person is different, so is every psychotherapy relationship. My approach to our psychotherapy will be tailored to you and your goals. The goals may be broad or narrow, for example, deciding to end a relationship or helping you to establish more satisfying relationships. My approach to therapy is flexible and eclectic.
Within a session, we may attempt to understand why a problem, such as self-sabotaging work habits is causing you trouble. We may then attempt to consider alternative solutions to the problem and ways to implement them.
