I am a licensed professional counselor, and for over 10 years I’ve been helping clients regain control over their feelings and behaviors. I utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and eclectic therapies. I understand and support my clients who participate in the 12-step recovery programs. I specialize in helping individuals with depression, panic, borderline personality, childhood abuse, and dissociative disorders. Besides individual psychotherapy, I also offer coping skills groups for anxiety, anger management and self-destructive behaviors.
I believe that all emotional pain and destructive behavioral patterns can be healed. Sometimes the process of healing is longer that you want, but the benefits can be greater than imagined.
