I have 30 years experience in the mental health field and utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as Mind-body therapies (Somatic Experiencing ans Sensori-motor psychotherapy). I work with individuals, couples and families.
