Hi, my name is Rhonda Audia and I am a clinical social worker. I opened THE GURU FOR TWO COUNSELING CENTER in 2008 to help individuals and couples have more satisfying relationships. I have been in the business of helping people change for over 25 years.
Maintaining a loving relationship requires effort and SKILL. Skills to manage differences and conflict productively. Skills to really know yourself and truly listen to your partner. Skills to soothe the emotional anxiety.Skills to balance your need to be close and your need to be separate. I have developed my own approach for working with couples called THE CONSCIOUS COUPLE model. This approach is most effective at helping couples sooth conflict and foster connection.
Whether you want to come in and figure things out on your own or explore relationship goals with a partner, counseling will empower you with the understanding and the tools to change.
