I have worked for 31 years as a psychotherapist with individuals, couples, families and groups. In my practice, I have taught a couples communication class for many years, run groups for ADHD teens, and parenting classes for parents of ADHD children. I have been trained in Masters and Johnsons techniques for sexual dysfunctions in couples. I have treated many people for depression, anxiety, panic disorder and couples issues.
I am an active rather than passive therapist. I try to get to the root of the problem quickly so that clients can better understand themselves and their options. The goal of therapy as I see it, is to help clients lead more productive lives.
