| Practice Description: |
I have worked with children and teenagers for over 25 years as a Special Education teacher, school counselor and therapist. I have also helped countless parents learn to live harmoniously with their children, and regain control of "out of control" children. My work incorporates cognitive and behavioral skills, in addition to accessing emotions. Because I am able to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment, I'm able to connect with even the most resistant child or teen. I believe that strong self-esteem is the key to happiness and success at any age, and the focus of my work is helping children reach this goal.
