It is with sensitivity and warmth that I work with people struggling with such issues as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship difficulties and family problems. Psychotherapy is an interactive, creative, exciting process, and together we can work toward change. We can also focus on your strengths and build a stronger sense of self-esteem and self-awareness. In addition to individual, family and couples therapy, I run two groups for high school girls and one for college women. I enjoy my work with the adults and adolescents who come to see me in an effort to improve aspects of their lives. I look forward to speaking with you.
