Are you feeling frustrated or out of control in your relationships? Are you having the same argument with your partner or teen over and over again? Do you feel as though you and your loved one are speaking totally different languages? Or maybe you are looking for more in your relationships - more communication, more respect, more intimacy. As we become emotionally worn down by the stress of our struggling relationships, it becomes increasingly difficult to take a step back and look at the situation objectively. This stress can also affect our daily lives in a variety of ways.
Therapy can be a very effective tool in helping you relieve this stress and improve your relationships. I specialize in couple and family relationships and look forward to helping you develop the fulfilling relationships you deserve. I provide a warm, caring, and non-judgmental environment in which you can feel safe and comfortable sharing your concerns. My approach to therapy is eclectic and I will work collaboratively with you to develop the most appropriate treatment to help you reach your goals.
I have significant training and experience working with families and couples, and believe that these sessions are extremely beneficial as each person can express thoughts and feelings in a safe and neutral environment, allowing each person to gain a better understanding of the other while also feeling supported themselves.

I am not an in-network provider for insurance companies; however, I can provide you with a superbill, which is a form you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement at the out-of-network provider rate. Please check with your insurance company to determine your benefits. If full payment cannot be made each week, I can offer a payment plan. |
