I provide individual counseling and therapy for adults 25 and over using a person centered holistic body, mind, spirit approach. I believe we are all essentially whole and sometimes we need help getting through difficult times and can benefit from talking to someone. Whether it's to process and get clarity on past experiences that still bother us or some present situation that is troubling or challenging. Together we will explore each area of your life and determine what you need in order to accomplish your goals.
My style is gentle, non-judgemental, and supportive. I can help you process difficult emotions, learn new healthy ways of coping with stress, improve communication with friends and family, and provide referrals and resources that may be helpful in your personal journey towards healing and wholeness.
