As an experienced therapist, I understand how powerful psychotherapy can be in resolving issues such as anxiety, fear, depression, loss, anger, and relationship difficulties. In a relaxed, supportive environment, we can identify, address and work through the issues contributing to your discontent. During therapy, I will help you share difficult feelings and challenge counterproductive thoughts and behaviors. Following this process you can achieve a great sense of relief and develop the tools that foster healthier ways of being as well as improve your relationships.
I specialize in long-term insight oriented therapy as well as brief-solution focused therapy. In both modalities I integrate cognitive-behavioral approaches that provide skills you can readily use. I also emphasize the importance of diet, exercise and a balanced lifestyle. My ideal clients are individuals and couples who are interested in learning about themselves and are committed to the therapeutic process.
My office is conveniently located in a vintage Old Town 3 Flat. The "L" Brown line Sedgewick stop is a half block from our front door. There's always free or metered parking available or it's a quick cab ride for appointments before/after work or during your lunch hour.

| Fee Schedule: |
My fee for individual sessions of 50 minutes is $100. For 50 minute couples sessions the fee is $120. I do offer a sliding scale for those who cannot afford the full fee. |

| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I am a preferred provider on most insurance panels, and honor the negotiated rates for each company. I submit the claims directly to your insurance company as part of my service to you. In the event that I am not listed as a provider in your network I will contact your insurer and explore your out-of-network benefits. Otherwise we accept cash and checks.
